Charifolio is a tool that helps you prepare a Tier 4 performance report from your Xero data. It does not provide accounting, audit, tax or legal advice. Your organisation remains responsible for the content of its performance report and for meeting its reporting obligations. If you are unsure how to treat a transaction or whether your organisation can report under Tier 4, please talk to an accountant.
Your Xero data
Reports are based on the data in your Xero file at the time you use the service. Some items can't be read through Xero's API, such as older expense claims and receipts, and opening balances entered when an organisation started using Xero. The service shows any difference with your bank balances so you can deal with it, but you need to check the result.
Suggestions need checking
Account mappings, conversion-balance suggestions and other prompts are suggestions only. Please review them before your report is approved.

Xero is a trademark of Xero Limited. The Tier 4 (NFP) Standard is issued by the XRB, and the performance report template is published by Charities Services.
